Job Summary

This role is VIRTUAL, however, MUST BE local to the Denver area to attend key meetings at the Denver, CO office. Responsible for coordinating and directing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of data solutions and analyses that deliver business insights and actionable recommendations. Develops and fully owns internal business-partner relationships, particularly in the areas of revenue forecasting, business case, and pricing analysis. Leads a team of analysts with clarity, creativity, organization, and commitment to the team and customers, while collaborating with peer managers under shared goals. Proactively learns about the business and builds internal networks to be effective in influencing business decisions and driving change.

  • Improve existing workflows or business processes using best practices and knowledge of internal and or external business issues.

  • Post-event impact analyses to quantify observed impacts, validate forecast assumptions, and identify unanticipated changes.
  • Lead the team with clarity, creativity, organization, and exemplary commitment to the team and customers.
  • Own relationships with internal business-partners/customers and manage team’s projects from start to finish. Key internal customers include teams that are responsible for subscriber forecasting, revenue forecasting, pricing analyses, and business case analyses.
    • Engage the customer throughout the process and build strong working relationships.
    • Understand the customer’s needs for data and their concerns around the decision-making context. Examples include but not limited to:
      • Pre-event impact analyses to assess impacts on customers and operations and help incorporate anticipated changes in forecasts.
      • Post-event impact analyses to quantify observed impacts, validate forecast assumptions, and identify unanticipated changes.
    • Frame a business problem, develop a roadmap with an analytical approach, and deliver an aligned solution that leads to business insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Scope projects correctly and manage team’s efforts judiciously to meet competing priorities and project deadlines.
    • To maximize business impact and relationship building, follow up with the customer to strengthen the relationship, look for ways to leverage past projects, and present outputs to wider audiences.
    • Advanced SQL, Advanced Tableau, Intermediate Python skills are required along with basic knowledge of databricks .

Education Level - Master's Degree preferred.

Field of Study – Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Decision Science, or related field.

Certifications – N/A.

Years Experience - Generally requires 3 years of relevant work experience.

Required technical skills: Advanced SQL, Advanced Tableau, Intermediate Python. (Basic knowledge of Databricks is preferred but not required.)

Salary:

Pay Range: $125,840.40 - $188,760.59

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
