Detailed Job Description An Overnight Behavior Technician is responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with special needs and/or behavioral issues during the night. They are responsible for monitoring the individual’s behavior, providing guidance and support, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the individual. The Overnight Behavior Technician will also be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating. They will also be responsible for providing transportation to and from appointments, as well as providing companionship and support. Job Skills Required

• Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
• Ability to work overnight shifts
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with individuals with special needs and/or behavioral issues
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to pass a background check
