Outreach Archivist Jobs in Arizona

Knowledge of library, information services, archival, and records management procedures

Knowledge of applicable federal, state, tribal laws, regulations and requirements.

Achieves financial objectives by understanding and complying with budget procedures and requirements.

Knowledge of the Tohono O'odham culture, customs, and traditions.

Knowledge of preservation and conservation procedures for special library and archival collections.

Skill in analyzing problems, projecting consequences, identifying solutions, and implementing recommendations.

Experience and training in records management.

Experience with professional archives management software and environmental monitoring applications.

Knowledge of archives preservation requirements, storage needs, and registration procedures for archives.

Three years of Archives experience preferred.

Specific qualifications for the position include

Catalog and organize all of the CEO's collection.
