Skillfully communicate to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships and drive projects to completion

Identify pole ownership, right of way and permit requirements

Strong and effective technical communication skills, both verbally and written.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook

College Degree - Technical 4-year degree (STEM) or related field and/or 2 years applicable professional level technical experience.

Previous telecommunication engineering experience or courses in engineering

Manage and design large high visibility projects in market or region

Manage incoming project(s)/tasks to ensure on time completion of SLA timeframes

Produce accurate project deliverables as outlined within internal Cox Standardized Work Package Output Requirements.

May be responsible for fiber availability and ring capacity checks and determination of reinforcement requirements.

High School Diploma/GED and up to 2 years of experience in a related field .

Strong knowledge in related field in the telecommunication industry, drafting, carrier (wireline or wireless), engineering or IT.

3+ years experience in OSP fiber optic and/or coaxial engineering and design

Demonstrated AutoCAD/Civil 3D or similar software skills with the ability to design site layouts concept through completion

Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulations (OH)

Qualified candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skill and be proficient in Microsoft Office

Have experience with Splicing schematics

Ability to balance competing high priorities, maintain consistent attention to detail, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
