4+ Years of Project Superintendent Experience (OSHPD Experience)

Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish

Responsible for project being on time & under budget

Keep management informed on progress of project and budget through regularly scheduled PSR (Project Status Report) Meetings.

Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred but not required.

Establish, update, and communicate Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.

Always ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements.

Review, validate and manage the project financials.

Perform all required engineering duties and responsibilities, including Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC).

Oversee the construction of healthcare projects from start to finish, ensuring that they meet all OSHPD requirements and regulations

Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and in compliance with OSHPD requirements

Manage the construction team, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards

Provide regular updates to project managers and other stakeholders on project progress and any issues or challenges that arise
