About Our Client
Given the complex nature of healthcare facilities, OSHPD construction clients often have unique requirements and challenges that must be considered when designing and constructing new facilities or renovating existing ones. This may include specialized equipment and technology, strict infection control protocols, and the need to minimize disruption to ongoing patient care.

• Oversee the construction of healthcare projects from start to finish, ensuring that they meet all OSHPD requirements and regulations
• Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and in compliance with OSHPD requirements

The Successful Applicant

• Provide regular updates to project managers and other stakeholders on project progress and any issues or challenges that arise
• Maintain a safe and clean worksite, ensuring that all workers follow proper safety protocols and that all hazards are identified and mitigated
• Coordinate with inspectors and other regulatory agencies to ensure that all inspections are completed and all necessary permits are obtained
• Manage the construction team, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards
