Project management or process implementation experience is a plus.

Experience in order management or contract administration, preferably in a multinational public company.

Proven track record in order management or customer service, preferably in a multinational public company.

Manage support for extending license provisioning for contract renewals, updating Salesforce account status, sales return authorizations, defective product returns, and mis-shipments.

Manage and track orders, update Salesforce opportunities/quotes, and provide product information and troubleshooting for direct customers and resellers.

Experience with Salesforce and Oracle is required.

Prior project management experience, DOD preferred, especially working with highly technical information

Knowledge of AF management directives and procedures

Excellent customer service experience and skills

Assist with systems engineering processes, such as Risk Management and mitigation, technical performance measure tracking, and technology readiness level progression

Experience using model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Cameo

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Manage tickets within Salesforce related to quoting, system bugs, legal requests, supersede requests

Liaison for legal change requests on sales order forms and with finance and credit team to obtain credit information

2+ years industry experience in SAAS and/or Sales
