Escalation of any items outside of above parameters to Manager.
Education: high school diploma or equivalent required, some college level coursework in accounting is preferred.
Experience - Required: customer service, familiarity with Microsoft Office
Experience - Preferred: order processing, working with a franchise organization, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems, Oracle NetSuite,
Monitor LINE-X Orders inbox and answer calls to the LINE-X Orders call queue.
