This position will report in-office 5 days per week. LINE-X's Franchise Support Center (office) is located in the Brewery District in Lower South End, Charlotte.
The Order Management Specialists will report to Supervisor, Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Order processing for LINE-X Franchises.
- Communicate with Franchises to ensure order accuracy and provide regular updates on order status.
- Proper filing of all documents and communication related to orders.
- Escalation of any items outside of above parameters to Manager.
- Monitor LINE-X Orders inbox and answer calls to the LINE-X Orders call queue.
- Process incoming orders and review orders placed through LINE-X Direct webstore for accuracy.
Monitor order status and keep Franchises informed.
- Coordinate with AR team to notify and update statuses for accounts on hold
- Promptly notify Franchises of any backordered/unfulfilled items.
- Regular follow up on any aging orders, escalating when necessary.
- Daily order review and communication with partnering warehouse.
Proactive communication with Franchises and LINE-X operations team members
- Provide updates on order status from entry to shipment.
- Coordinate with Tech Team and Franchise Business Consultants to provide guidance when necessary.
Miscellaneous Franchise support.
- Understand various services provided by LINE-X, LCC and direct Franchises to the appropriate department.
- Work with other departments to answer Franchise questions.
Qualifications
Education: high school diploma or equivalent required, some college level coursework in accounting is preferred.
Experience - Required: customer service, familiarity with Microsoft Office
Experience - Preferred: order processing, working with a franchise organization, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems, Oracle NetSuite,
Job Skills - Reqrried: basic computer literacy, ability to work in a team environment, organization, attention to detail, effective and professional communication, ability to learn and retain product knowledge
Job Skills - Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong relationship-building skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, Oracle NetSuite proficiency

Compensation: $20-$22/hr, experience dependent
