Order Data Entry Specialist Jobs in Ohio

Must be able to prioritize workload, manage multiple orders simultaneously and possess exceptional follow-up skills

Prepare and submit orders for services including voice and circuitry for resale and facility customers

Must be able to determine appropriate action required for each service request

Resolve carrier rejects and work with carriers to ensure smooth order completion

Must be able to accurately maintain and update in-house databases

Must be able to complete all billing associated with order or renewal in OMNIA billing system with accuracy

Ability to multitask and excellent time management skills

High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR Technical Certification in a related field OR 4+ years of customer service experience

Manages customer account activity, including customer inquiries, order fulfillment, customer backorders/substitutes, product change requests, and new/lost business submissions

Manages cases regarding reporting, backorders, customer complaints, and pricing and processes product complaint and incident reports

3+ years of customer service experience

2+ years of warehouse & distribution experience (pick, pack, shipping, etc.)
