Orchestra Teacher Jobs

Evaluate musician skills such as sight-reading, intonation, appropriate musical aesthetics, range of instruments and overall musicianship. Review audio selections and/or videos

Prepare annual operating budget for all orchestra musicians and manage expenses within established operating plan.

A minimum of five years’ experience in the Entertainment industry with an extensive background in multiple music genres required.

Cruise industry experience both shipboard and/or shoreside are preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office required.

Evaluate talent, originality, authenticity, fit for brand, production value and suitability for selected ships and demographics

Maintain Live Music schedules by ship and itinerary. Adjust schedules based on operational needs.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university teacher education program.

Working knowledge of relevant technology.

Mental Functions, Physical Requirements, and Working Conditions:

Arkansas teacher’s license appropriate for level and/or subject area assignment.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Create lesson plans describing daily learning experiences correlated with approved curriculum and State and District standards

Bachelor's degree, at least 1-2+ years of relevant teaching experience, and mastery of music and conducting.
