Manage the final punch lists to assure projects are 100% final.

Manage and account for project budgets and contracts.

Minimal 2 years of service experience in a full service restaurant.

Basic math skills with the ability to handle money.

Introduction to T’s and to you as the guide to the guest experience.

Provide knowledgeable, informed beverage and food service selections.

Observe the guest dining throughout the entire experience with check backs.

Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays (we are very flexible and accommodating to scheduling needs)

No experience necessary we will train you.

The Role Requires You To:

Follow a turn-key business model and strategy.

Identify and develop niche target markets.

Research, plan, and present a quote to clients

Professional phone and email communication.

Develop the relationship with the client, management company or/or corporate entity

Work with the sales/account management team

Raises issues to their Implementation Manager

Makes recommendations to Implementation Manager on staff utilization

Control and approve all travel requirements for installation team

Raise scheduling conflicts to Implementation Manager
