Oracle Cloud Erp Functional Architect Jobs

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather and document group benefits requirements.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Design and architect functional solutions that enhance the group benefits experience for clients and customers.

Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver a positive user experience.

Recommend and implement process improvements and enhancements to optimize the group benefits experience.

10 + years of proven experience as a Functional Architect or similar role, specifically within the group benefits domain.

Specific Oracle Risk Management Cloud skills:

Access management in SaaS, PaaS, EPM, FAW and Warehouse Management System apps

Middleware and SaaS authentication management

Application security roles and user management

Application customization and page customization management

RMC administration and content management

Demonstrates experience in multiple business processes, ability to architect and design technology solutions and manage cross functional teams, projects, vendor management

Knowledge of Enterprise Structures, module-specific configurations, ability to do requirement analysis and deliver functional design documents of the mentioned modules

The candidate should have a broad business background, good interpersonal communications skills and a thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP

12+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/Oracle EBS with a minimum of 2+ full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experience

Full life-cycle project development including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing and Roll-out

Ability to quickly understand the business requirement and to design functional concepts
