Manage inventory of frames and contact lenses to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and product variety

Place optical orders with a general understanding of insurance benefits

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Optical experience is preferred but not necessary-we will train the right person

Review Physician’s prescriptions and orders based on medical charts

Provide honest but compassionate feedback about aesthetic choices in frames

Proven experience in Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Product Management

Partner closely with internal optical teams including engineering, business development, product management and marketing.

Manage the overall customer satisfaction and cultivate relationships across all levels of assigned accounts.

Skilled communicator in all mediums

Experience serving customers in telecommunications or data communications industry

Experience with high tech components within optical, silicon or related products

Demonstrates superior product knowledge; accurately describes the features and benefits of all products using the appropriate tools.

Informs management of potential safety opportunities.

Explores the needs and priorities of patients and links to practice offerings, including eye exam.

Possesses the ability to multi-task and demonstrates the ability to prioritize and manage time with competing priorities.

Adhere to attendance and daily time keeping requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned by Practice Manager or as business needs.

Demonstrates knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to provide culturally sensitive care and/or service.

High school diploma; or equivalent combination of education (lesser) and experience may be considered in lieu of requirements.

Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in customer service, interpersonal relations, oral communication, problem solving, and written communication.

Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in word processing, spreadsheet, and database PC applications.

Six (6) months contact lens and optical dispensing experience.

One (1) year demonstrated sales experience.
