Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORs, ReqView or JAMA

Program management experience in support of government customers

Implement and provide guidance related to Project Management Office processes and policies

Tracking and reporting project KPIs to the PMO manager and company senior leadership for high profile development and flight contracts.

Integrating project schedules to ensure milestones and delivery requirements are met and all stakeholders are kept informed.

Collaborating with managers and leads to ensure schedule, cost, and technical deliverables are met and communicated to all stakeholders.

Monitor and maintain lead generation channels listings and responsible for issue management for any system outages

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hotel Management, Economics, or other related field required.

Salesforce.com experience and system administration experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience creating new efficient & effective processes in a complex environment.

Principles of organization and administrative, fiscal and program management; principles of employee supervision, training and development;

Experience working in and establishing Agile and / or Waterfall principals for successful delivery of various projects

Experience managing 3rd party vendors – onshore, nearshore, and offshore

Have played Program Manager or Solutions Delivery Manager role for Medium to Large platforms.

PMP, PPM, or other similar Program Management certification

Collaborating with immediate team members to manage the organization's change management capacity while moving the team forward to achieve our goals.

Managing cross functional teams with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.

Implementing and working with colleagues to manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.

Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.

Experience with M6 and/or GESmallworld is preferred
