Operations Systems Analyst I Jobs in Texas

Responsible for effective communication through progress reports, user documentation, and formal presentations to teams and management

Microsoft 365 experience and or certification

Knowledge of software configuration; knowledge of Enterprise Business Systems

This position may need to satisfy the requirement of completing and passing an assessment during the employment process

Strong oral and written communication skills

Experience with Visio or other diagramming software (samples may be provided with application)

Builds, runs, and manipulates site management and/or customer reports.

Site Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Conducts feasibility analyses on processes and equipment; calculates cost/benefit, identifies business impacts, and proposes solutions.

Possesses an intermediate knowledge of SQL; Writes intermediate queries to include use of sub-queries, performs basic query optimization, indexing, and adjusting

Possesses a sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Excel; uses advanced functionality (e.g. HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Arrays), records macros and manipulates VBA code

Bachelor degree in IT similar field or equivalent experience, required

Project management, testing, processing skills preferred.

EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification

Studies current operational procedures, identifies problems and learns specific requirements for systems.

2 years' experience in information systems

Analyze and evaluate existing and /or proposed systems

Document the current state into future states of clinical/business processes

Assists in vendor analysis and selection
