Advise Director of Health and Safety, Business Unit leaders of safety culture/conditions within their organization.

Support Business Unit leaders with alignment toward an incident-free safety culture.

Mentor and develop safety leadership in field safety consultants for behavior based safety principals and concepts.

Support field safety consultants by providing central coordination point and outlet for escalation of site safety concerns/conditions.

Manages the physical security key cards and badge program for the factory.

1+ years of administrative experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment

Compile necessary data and complete monthly reports as required by policy.

Act as a resource to all departments in the plant to provide safety resources.

Oversees the communication of information to employees, through bulletin board posting and video communication system.

Works safely, models all safety practices and provides daily safety representation in required meetings and floor presence.
