Operations Financial Controller Jobs in North Carolina

Responsible for global cash management to include: fund transfers across accounts and jurisdictions, maintaining and balancing accounts and general cash oversight.

Leads and develops a team of finance professionals

Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Strategic Modeling

Able to set priorities, organize and manage multiple tasks independently

7. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

6. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in a senior financial management role, with a focus on strategic financial planning and analysis.

Prepare and present financial reports to the executive management team, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

Oversee cash flow management, risk assessment, and financial controls.

Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
