They also work with other departments to ensure that operational processes are aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. Detailed Job Description An Operations Excellence Analyst is responsible for analyzing operational data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to improve operational performance. They work with other departments to ensure that operational processes are aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. They also develop and implement process improvement initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and provide feedback to management. Additionally, they may be responsible for developing and maintaining operational policies and procedures, and providing training and guidance to staff. Job Skills Required
