Operations Dispatch Coordinator Jobs in Iowa

In addition to #1 above, must have four (4) years of experience as a Dispatcher.

Good knowledge of dispatcher operations.

Good knowledge of computerized dispatching equipment.

Good knowledge of applicable FRA, DOT, APTA, and NTSB regulations.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills to creatively engage and motivate learners.

Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction

1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher is preferred, but not required

Candidate must have great customer service communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions

Must have experience with DAT, EZ loads and 123loadboard
