Dispatch Coordinator Jobs

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for our next problem-solving Dispatcher. We’re looking for an organized Dispatcher to help our growing customer base and field team prioritize service calls. You'll be responsible for preparing work schedules and handling customer requests and complaints. You’ll also communicate with field units and customers using two-way radios, telephones, and messaging apps. You have data entry experience, basic computer skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. $25 - $35 hourly

• Log customer complaints and service tech notes
• Monitor service calls and arrival times
• Organize dispatch documents
• Plan and adjust service calls when necessary
• Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests

• Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions
• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
• Applicant must have high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher is preferred, but not required
• Candidate must have great customer service communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Must have experience with DAT, EZ loads and 123loadboard
