Operations Designer Jobs

Salary based on experience: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Insurance stipend for a qualified candidate

Full-time or Contract 40 hours

Ability to commute/relocate to Charleston, SC 29492

Work directly with health insurance carriers to prepare on time benefits offerings that meet their and their employees’ needs

Create personalized benefits recommendations for customers based on their preferences and eligibility at their renewal period

Analyze, refine, and iterate on processes to drive the customer experience and improve our internal efficiency

Be a knowledge partner - stay up to date on industry trends, benchmarks, and regulations

Approach problems with a passion for improving the customer experience and reducing operational inefficiencies

Experience selling or renewing small group health insurance
