Operations Asset Specialist Jobs

Experience within the real estate, property management or leasing industry preferred

Administrative knowledge of Human Resources functions/office management

Experience with legal and/or paralegal skills, a plus

Identify employee and management training opportunities and assist with implementation.

Management of time and scheduling for phone coverage for office

Degree preferred plus 5+ years' experience working in a busy office environment

Experience with Advent Geneva; Bloomberg knowledge would be a plus.

Working knowledge of security operations with Loans, Fixed Income products, and the trade life cycle.

Experience working with technology professionals on ad-hoc system enhancements.

Prior experience working closely with traders a plus.

2+ years of experience in trade support or middle office role.

Responsible for Client Relationship Maintenance

Partner with dispatchers and fleet managers to plan and carry out shipping operations

2 years of experience in dispatch or related roles

Previous logistics dispatch/scheduling experience preferred

Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft and logistics application software

Excellent personal skills and positive attitude

Salary range for this position is $55,600 - $69,600 based upon experience.

Requirements for the Operations Asset Specialist:

• Real Estate experience is a PLUS

• Intermediate MS Excel skills

• General accounting and AP knowledge required
