Three (3) years minimum experience in successful budget development and management.
Provide leadership and management oversight for the Reliability Engineering function.
BA or BS degree from an accredited institution is desirable with progressive experience in an industrial setting.
Three (3) years experience in a training capacity either in a coordination and instructor capacity. Both capacities are desirable.
Five (5) years of leading employees, leaders, projects and/business functions. Direct supervisory experience is preferred and Union experience is a plus.
Familiarity with the GMP regulatory requirements of biopharmaceutical manufacturing or the food processing industry is desirable.
