• Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and/or Mac OS X operating systems

• Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory

• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix

• Experience with storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, and RAID

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, and Python
