Onsite Licensed Sales Counselor Jobs

Must have experience with gift/specialty sales management

Manage existing and new account sales

Partner with the creative team to manage the marketing function

Own account forecasting, operating expenses, profit goals

Coordinate sales employees and contractors

Communicate with operations support to ensure all sales processed and shipped correctly

Prior experience in marketing, sales, advertising, and client experience preferred

Responsible for assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing in acquiring and managing short-term and long-term leads.

Achieves and maintains budgeted occupancy by generating leads, qualifying prospects, effective prospecting, community tours, and closing sales

Must have experience working in the field of drug & substance abuse and mental health treatment as a counselor

Working knowledge of group dynamics, disease concept of addiction, recovery, and relapse prevention

Providing individual and group counseling to clients

Receives offers, applications and answers questions about financing to perspective buyers

Previous sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred

Overcomes sales objections. Closes the "Sale" with final goal of creating a satisfied customer.

High school degree or equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred.

Ability to connect with people, and develop and maintain professional relationships

Receives offers, applications and answers questions about financing to perspective buyers

Previous sales experience required; Homebuilding sales experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. C3 or JD Edwards database experience a plus!
