Onsite Event Coordinator Jobs in Florida

Coordinate VIP merchandise for tours including vendor communications, order processing, monitoring production, shipment schedules and inventory management.

Manage all budgetary elements and spend accordingly based on approved budget/P+L.

Facilitate venue communications and execution of in-venue VIP experience including catering, tickets, and operations.

Assist VIP Supervisor with planning and logistics of greenroom decor and other artist related experiences.

Requires a minimum of 2 years of successful Entertainment, agency or marketing experience.

Experience in touring and/or live entertainment preferred.

Support onsite with Events in partnership with various stakeholders (Life@Chewy and Evergreen events), for successful team engagement experiences.

Drive new processes or ideas to help build efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience.

Ability to operate at depth and live in the details, with an all-around problem-solving skill.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an appetite to become familiar with specific programs and software.

Demonstrate clear communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).

Be a self-starter, have critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
