Online Programs Manager Jobs

Working knowledge of computer applications is required; previous experience working with college technologies including Colleague, Student Planning, and Microsoft Sharepoint preferred.

Assists students in developing skills and strategies for academic and personal success. Encourages students to utilize tutoring and other support services.

Experience with non-traditional student populations (adult, transfer, etc.)

Ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills to be effective in a fast paced environment.

A Master’s degree is required; preferably in student development, educational leadership, higher education, counseling, or related field.

Previous experience in education, sales, management, deal and pitch development, or a related role.

5+ years of customer-facing experience (e.g. managing projects, scopes, and deliverables; high-touch customer/account management; consulting and/or training)

5+ years of experience in education, training, instructional design, curriculum development, capacity strengthening programs, and/or other relevant experience.

Experience as a director or manager leading staff.

Expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) strategy.

Conduct research on prospective partners, lead outreach to organizations and businesses, and manage all inquiries in a timely manner.

Create and manage the portfolio of Canvas course sites for online programs

Manage the course review and evaluation process. Aid in the creation of surveys and other forms of data to inform revisions.

Manage the online course enrollment funnel process

Create detailed master calendars for online programming

Assist with TA hiring coordination: scheduling interviews, recruiting and training student workers, and keeping track of hiring data

Address student and parent inquiries regarding programs, logistics, schedules, etc., in a timely manner

Assist with the management of the Academic Records email inbox and process incoming requests from students, faculty, and staff.

Manage registration for new and returning online undergraduate students.

Visual Abilities: read reports, create presentations and use a computer system.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle a variety of student issues and concerns.

Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with Higher Education Administration policies and processes preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and experience in ISIStrac or similar database systems

Knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Suite

You’ll need the following minimum requirements:

$17.00 - $19.00 Depending on Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Two years of college [48 units] or A.A degree or higher

Excellent organizational skills and a customer-oriented work ethic

Strong writing and professional interpersonal skills

Experience with LMS such as Canvas, Blackboard, edX Studio

Experience with any of the following instructional technology tools a plus: web conferencing, polling tool, survey tool, adaptive learning

Quick learner with demonstrated fluency to learn new technologies

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based working environment

Experience in course scheduling, classroom scheduling, strategic recruitment of students, management of learning assistant assignments, and communications with prospective students.

Starting salary within the salary range of $ $68,988-$86,904 will be commensurate with skills, education, and experience.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited degree program in education, business, health, sociology, communications, science, engineering, or related field.
