Professional experience in electronic personal health information (ePHI) in the forms of HL7, CCDA, SQL, and/or other applicable data formats.

A minimum of four years of experience in a similar role.

A minimum of two years experience in healthcare IT.

Integration Engine experience is an advantage.

Knowledge of HIE architecture is preferred.

Manage technical documentation related to participant interfaces, connections, and data transforms.

• Strong time management skills (able to handle 150-250 emails in a daily basis).

This Role will sit within the Staffing Office under the Resource Management Organization Business.

• Performs on-boarding, maintenance and offboarding activities for the Non-Employee Management System (NEMS).

• Investigate data understand and ensure compliance against Clients Policies regarding non-employee management.

• Follow documented processes regarding non-employee management.

• Previous Financial Services/Banking/Onboarding/Staffing industry and Vendor Management systems.

Strong organization skills and ability to interact with internal business partners (coordinating between functional requirements definition and other resources executing configuration)

Responsibility for all phases of new data exchange development; documenting, updating, and communicating business requirements, overseeing testing, and facilitating on-time launch

Communication with clients and vendors regarding requirements gathering and analysis

Coordination with project team members to understand client-specific benefits structure, file layouts, field mappings, and profiles

Coordination with project manager to maintain project tracking documentation and status reports

Primary link between internal and external parties to document all requirements for specifications for data exchanges across assigned clients/vendors
