They are responsible for providing a smooth transition for new clients, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and that the client is comfortable with the company’s services. Detailed Job Description Onboarding Client Specialists are responsible for providing a smooth transition for new clients. Onboarding Client Specialists must be able to communicate effectively with clients and provide them with the necessary information and support.
