They are responsible for managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and providing customer service to patients. Detailed Job Description Offsite Medical Office Specialists are responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to healthcare providers in a remote office setting. They are responsible for managing patient records, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and providing customer service to patients. They may also be responsible for answering phones, filing paperwork, and managing patient accounts. They must be able to work independently and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a medical office setting
