In-depth knowledge and experience in leading data-driven practices including distilling analysis into insights and translating insights into systemic action

Minimum of seven (7) years of leadership experience in special education leading teams is required

Proven record of building and leading large-scale complex programs, projects and change management initiatives; and

Offer innovative solutions to seemingly intractable problems and adapt strategy to changing conditions

Ability to effectively achieve multiple goals and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

Oversee effective management of facilities, including completion of construction projects.

A master's or other advanced degree in, education, organizational leadership, finance or a related field.

Lead the development and implementation of innovative educational programs and initiatives.

Use excellent communication and active listening skills to engage and influence stakeholders.

Develop and manage the annual budget and provide financial leadership, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation aligned with the school's priorities.

Manage a qualified team of faculty, staff, and seek to continuous improvement of school leadership.

7-9 years of Education experience in Salon environment

Create school onboarding plan for each assigned brand including resources from brand websites, L’Oreal Access and live brand education

Manage school specific learning plans on L’Oreal Access, Pivot Point Lab and Milady Sima where applicable

Create and implement monthly update calls with assigned core brands focused on new product launches, brand updates and education opportunities

Build and implement student centered nutrition education programs

Conducts internal audits and monitors district compliance with USDA requirements for school breakfast and lunch programs

Compensation – This position is an exempt, salaried position; salary offers commensurate with experience.
