Nursing Student Success Facilitator Jobs in Iowa

A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated successful leadership experience in higher education/student affairs and/or academic program management.

Demonstrated advanced skills in data collection, analysis, management, and program assessment.

Oversee strategic planning for and implementation of enrollment management for all academic programs.

Masters degree in higher education and/or student affairs or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Develop assessment processes for programs designed to support the student experience, recruitment, retention, and progression.

Develop a team who can enhance nursing student experiences.

You have access to a reliable internet connection and webcam, as this program is fully remote and completed online.

Proactive. You are committed to your education and look for ways that Nursing education can be improved.

The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

Current BSN, ASN, or ADN student in good academic standing.

You have 1–2 hours per week to contribute to our Nursing Community.

Certified nurse educator (CNE) certification
