Nursing Home Social Worker Jobs in Texas

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Maintains knowledge of Federal and State (Medicaid, TNCare, and Medicare) regulations.

An ability to manage a sometimes chaotic work environment. Ability to modify and update plans/interventions, based upon changing patient needs.

There are no lead or supervisory responsibilities associated with this role.

Skilled Nursing environment highly preferred.

An ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain clinical competency as required for area of specialization.
