Social Worker (Bachelor's) - Skilled Nursing

Regional One Health is currently seeking a Social Worker for our Sub-Acute Department. Experience in a Skilled Nursing environment highly preferred.

Summary:
The Social Worker (Bachelor’s) provides social work services and counseling for patients and their families in close conjunction with the physician and other health care team members. Provides timely referrals as appropriate for further psychosocial assessment.

Education Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university required.
Qualified by education, training or experience to work with the adolescent, adult and/or geriatric patient population as specialty assignment dictates.

Experience Requirement:
One (1) year of social work experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification Requirement:
Current certification as a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (LBSW) in the State of Tennessee strongly preferred.
