Nursing Education Content Manager Jobs

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a Master's Degree in Nursing or a nursing healthcare/education related degree required.

Minimum of three years of nursing practice experience required.

Master's in Nursing preferred. Education focus in Master's in Nursing program preferred.

Additional state licensure(s) and/or specialty certification/training as required by the work area.

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is accepted when it is accompanied with a Master's Degree in Nursing.

Current MN RN license required.

DNP or PhD in Nursing or Education (preferred), Specialty/Certification (in nursing, instructional design, leadership, project management, and/or education).

Considerable knowledge of current literature, trends, and developments in the design and development of nursing education/products.

5+ years in nursing education and content development

Excellent computer (Microsoft office & Google Suites) and presentation skills.

Strong project management experience with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and clearly set and communicate priorities.

Experience With Content Management Systems Required

Oversees the MSHS Learning and Competency Management Systems administrative, tracking and reporting functions.

3+ years’ experience working cross-functionally across a large, complex environment. Experience in a large healthcare or academic setting preferred.

Experience providing oversight on materials developed by colleagues in marketing and communications, ensuring timely completion, consistent messaging, accuracy, and effectiveness.

Exceptional interpersonal and consensus building skills to work in a large, matrixed and highly complex environment with numerous stakeholders.
