Phlebotomy Training Program Student - York County

The classroom education portion includes at least 80 hours of classroom time.
Lecture topics will include: human anatomy, medical terminology, and safety & infection control.
Individuals will be given hands on instruction, practice phlebotomy, and be observed performing phlebotomy on patients.
Student will rotate among WellSpan hospital’s inpatient phlebotomy departments and the outpatient lab annex locations.
Approximately 20-60 applications are received for each session of the program.
