Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Long term care experience or experience caring for the elderly.

A conditional offer of employment will require satisfactory completion of a medical examination and drug screening.

Failure to comply with the above application requirements will eliminate you from consideration for this position.

Maintains knowledge of necessary documentation requirements.

Active participation in patient/resident care management is evident.

Organizational ability and time management is demonstrated.

Reports complaints, problems and concerns regarding co-workers, management or residents in accordance with facility policy.

Maintains knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance and use, i.e., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.

Provides patient/resident/family/caregiver education as directed.

Starting Rates $25.00 (experience based)

PTO 80 hours of vacation, 40 hours of sick (roll-over)

Accident, Critical Illness, & Hospital Indemnity Plans

Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, coworkers, and management; requires courtesy, tact, and graciousness.

Attends staff meetings, in-service training, and education sessions as required.

Performs other work duties and responsibilities as assigned by Team Leader and/or

Current Oklahoma certification as Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).

Minimum of 1 - 2 years care-giving experience preferred.

Experience in working with the elderly and/or health care settings preferred.

Communicate valuable and specialized input to the resident care plan process by being knowledgeable of and understanding resident care needs.

75 hours of either online or classroom instruction

Contribute to resident quality of life through individualized caregiving and crucial attention to resident needs.
