Nurse Regional Director Jobs

Superior analytical, project management and organizational skills.

3 years of nursing experience in a senior care community with proven leadership and organizational skills, RN or LPN license required.

Manage and coordinate the work of all nursing and caregiver staff, communicating pertinent resident health and safety information.

4-6 years of past experience.

Proven experience in staffing, leading, developing, and retaining a strong resident care and nursing teams.

Participates in meetings such as Resident Care & Compliance Teams and transition planning meetings for upcoming acquisitions and new communities.

Chronic Disease management programs for hypertension and diabetes (for qualifying employees)

Time card management – manages time sheets

Works with Residential Director to identify and provide ongoing education to nursing staff
