May be required to demonstrate physical ability to perform manual work.

Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.

ACLS and BLS certification required

Minimum 1 year of Cardiology experience in an Acute Care setting is preferred

Cardiac stress testing experience preferred

Must have excellent communication and computer skills

Knowledge of turf & shrub maintenance;

Skill in operating various types of mowers, weed eaters, & related equipment, operating snow shovels & related equipment;

Skill in operating various types of grounds maintenance equipment (e.g., tractors, mowers, sprayers, sod cutters, etc.);

Knowledge of all applicable OSHA and/or Ohio University safety guidelines and procedures;

24 mos. training and/or experience in grounds maintenance & large tractor operation, or equivalent;
