Provide training to case management and property management staff about aging-related health declines and behavioral shifts that may impact housing retention.
Able to move between different treatment approaches (clinical case management versus evidence-based, trauma-focused psychotherapy) depending on the needs of the client.
Coordinate with transportation and peer specialist staff to transport and accompany residents in securing benefits and assistance.
One (1) year of social work experience with a public or non-profit agency with experience working with vulnerable and underserved groups.
