Nurse Practitioner Family Medicine Jobs in Colorado

Experience utilizing bilingual skills (Spanish/English) at a conversation level in a clinical setting

Provides health education to patients, students, families, and/or community health partners

Demonstrated experience collaborating with academic colleagues and students in practice activities.

Must be willing and able to obtain current BLS/CPR certification by date of hire.

Experience working with population based outcomes

Experience working with marginalized populations

Provider will work a virtual from home rotation every 4th weekend Sa/Su 9-12 (closed on major holidays)

At least two years of experience as a provider

Display comfort with and proficiency in phlebotomy skills

Must have national certification from ANCC/AANP

Experience that'll be helpful for this role:

Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance

One to two years' experience in Sleep Medicine is preferred. Alternatively, experience in pulmonology or neurology is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
