Nuclear Materials Analyst Jobs

Significant working knowledge of materials science principles, theories, and advanced characterization techniques is required.

Demonstrated skill in advanced coating techniques, such as physical vapor deposition, atomic layer deposition, or electrochemical deposition is a plus.

Demonstrated experience in transmission electron microscopy is required.

Responsible to track status of supplier communication for engineering changes as proposed by program management

Required experience: 3-5 years of materials experience in automotive or manufacturing

Powerpoint knowledge and QAD MFG and business objects are a plus

Maintains ERP system for all Material functional areas such as Item Master, BOM, ship to locations, and inventory parameters

Creates daily production schedules and ensures production output is recorded and posted into the ERP system

Communicates No Surprise Forms to customers when supply shortages occur.

· Inventory management and demand planning experience desired, specifically in manufacturing environments.

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel required. More advanced data analysis skills strongly preferred.

· Detail-oriented with good organization skills. Self-driven with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.

· Assist Materials Manager with material availability questions and other analyses.

· Experience with MRP or other ERP systems is strongly desired.

1 to 3 years of materials/supply chain experience preferred.

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate master data management in BODYARMOR’s systems that align with all material updates.

Review both short-term and long-term material requirements plans to ensure alignment both internally and externally with production plan requirements.

2 years supply chain experience (CPG company preferred) required

Associate's in Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent military training/experience

Engineering or related technical experience in assigned area: 15+ years

Work experience with engineering technology principles and theory as it relates to power plant systems, components and structures

Serves as technical liaison to individuals within and outside the organization

Acts independently regarding technical matters pertaining to area of expertise

Evaluates, monitors and conducts trend analyses on the performance of assigned nuclear systems

Manage disposition of damaged, expired, donated finished goods and materials.

Support and training supply chain staff on all inventory responsibilities and procedures

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Min, 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain role (Distribution Planning, Master Production, Materials Planning, or Demand Planning)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Managing Worksheets, sorting data, generating charts, formatting cells.

In-depth knowledge and interpretative skills in one or more areas of electron microscopy

B.S. or M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering or related field or equivalent industrial experience and

Experience in dual beam FIB and SEM operation

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)

Experience with TEM sample preparation

Excellent and timely communication skills with clients and internally
