Provide excellent customer service for all customers whether external and internal, specifically offering dependable vehicle service.

Receive service assignments from the service writer or service manager.

Keep your technical qualifications current by finishing any required training programs.

Lube Technician is responsible for performing lube related services for customers in a professional and efficient fashion.

Strong used car management skills required

Strong asset management skills required

Stock equity grant awards (select management and front-line team member’s eligible!)

Continuous training through Asbury's Internal Learning Management System

Communicates management policies and procedures to all Team Members’ attitudes and build morale
