Abilities in E2E Consumer experience/insights, design thinking, marketing, brand work preferred

Background or knowledge of business and operations retail savvy

Experience in the retail industry preferred

Strong interpersonal skills and open to learning new tools/ techniques

Identify opportunities to streamline store processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards

Enrolled in a MBA program or another Advanced Degree Program with an expected graduation date of December 2024 or Spring 2025

Be provided mentorship, given small-group exposure to senior leadership, and provided learning and development experiences

Strong knowledge of budgeting, investment analysis, economic profit concepts and strategic planning concepts

Strong knowledge of accounting, financial modeling, scenario planning, and reporting

Customer Profitability Analysis - measuring Nike's and our partner's profitability

Transforming Business Reporting - automating and standardizing financial analysis within Nike's Consumer Construct

Deep Dive Air Analysis - looking that the recent history of Nike "Air" Footwear and what we need to do next

SAP platform and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like Manhattan

Previous experience or demonstrated interest in a digital technology, marketing/consumer facing technology organization and/ or enterprise data and analytics team

Prior experience designing and implementing web/mobile applications

Ensuring people with disabilities have equitable access to Nike's Technology using Artificial Intelligence

Knowledge of one or more computer programming languages: Java, Python, React, Swift, JavaScript, XCode, Android Studio, C#, SQL, Scala, Shell Scripting
