Night Warehouse Standup Forklift Driver Jobs

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Able to read and write legibly; basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide); must be able to understand Voxware commands.

Related Experience: Job related certification for Material Handling Equipment; Prior Selector experience is preferred.

Work Schedule Sunday - Thursday

Prepare necessary paperwork and submit to operations manager

3 years’ experience driving an electric forklift, stand ups and sit downs (must be able to drive both)

Moving materials to the production line and removing empty dunnage.

Assisting in the process of moving seats from wood pallets to computerized plastic pallets.

Unload inbound shipments safely and move product as needed

Efficiently stack and store merchandise in the appropriate area

Minimum 9th grade basic education, High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

No minimum experience is required however, forklift driving experience is preferred

Working knowledge of basic math and inventory techniques

Moves material in process from one station to another if necessary

Bands, wraps and/or packs finished goods, and labels material

Moves finished goods from production area to finished goods inventory yard or warehouse

Reach Truck: 1 year (Required)

Forklift Operator: 2 years (Required)

How will you do it?

Optimize work scheduling to transport goods and supplies on site to ensure on time delivery.

Complete basic packaging tasks, inventory control tasks and checks on quantities, quality, and availability against records.

· Transport goods and supplies to customers in a timely and professional manner

Clean, inspect and load products onto our delivery trucks.

Deliver products to our end customers on scheduled delivery routes.

Operate route delivery I Pads.

Pick up customer product returns.

Operate order picker, forklift and reach truck an necessary.

Unload semi trailers and ocean containers.

Warehouse management systems (WMS) experience is preferred

Knowledge of scanning freight in/out of the warehouse

Detail oriented and strong follow-up skills

Warehouse and / or Freight Forwarding industry experience strongly preferred

Receives, sorts, and segregates incoming shipments for warehouse / distribution facilities

Loads and unloads shipments on to or off of pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand

Operate stretch wrapper safely. Operate the warehouse management system to check manufacturing inventory, locations

Assist less experienced material handlers when necessary.

Ability and responsibility to stop any manufacturing or warehouse process that is not meeting customer quality production requirements.

Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)

High School Diploma/Equivalent preferred. Zero to two years’ experience required.

Be able to complete Material Handler Forklift Training Checklist.

Warehouse management systems (WMS) experience is preferred
