Respond to phone and email inquiries

Assist with reconciliation of Resort accounts

Working knowledge of Remedy ticket system; creating, updating and closing tickets

3 years management experience with a staff of 10 or more; customer account management and support.

May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong technical and customer interaction skills.

Must be able to have business level conversation with customers and assist them in deploying solutions to meet business requirements.

Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Outstanding oral, written, technical and business communication skills.

Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers)

Be a great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns

Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures

Front Desk & Guest Care

Assisting guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times

Strong data entry skills and the ability to multi task

Prior experience in customer service

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Excellent communication skills; both written and oral

High School Diploma or equivalent

Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred

Assist with office responsibilities such as completing work orders, comment cards, visitor violation forms and other duties assigned by management.

Fill in as requested when other desk clerks are absent.

Experience working with people of various cultural backgrounds, especially those with special needs is a plus.

Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and Fair Housing guidelines.

Answer telephones, direct calls, take messages and make emergency calls when situations arrive.

Inform visitors of visitor policy, check visitor ID and sign visitors in and out of the building.
