Night Auditor Front Desk Jobs in Rhode Island

Provide rooms management with a clear picture of their performance using the data gathered

Minimum one year of hotel front desk supervisory experience, experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.

Previous experience as a Night Auditor highly preferred

Respond promptly and tactfully to any Guest complaint that may arise

Ensure correct billing arrangements are provided according to Front Desk policies and procedures

Familiar with all Vanderbilt hotel facilities to be able to address, assist and actively sell services to guests

Work productively with the sales staff and all other staff to provide excellent guest experiences.

Must possess basic computer skills, i.e., Word, Excel, etc.

High School diploma or equivalent experience.

Previous hotel experience preferred, Marriott experience, a plus.

Assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift.

Checking in guests, handling their requests, and taking reservations.
