Biobank Marketing and Communications Manager (Remote)

Manage the CVB user feedback survey program, including analysis of feedback data

3-5 years marketing and communications experience.

Experience with different web platforms (including Drupal), user experience, and web page development

Experience in administering psychological and neuropsychological tests.

Administers one-on-one neuropsychological test batteries to individual patients.

Reports raw test scores to supervising neuropsychologist and assists in interpreting results.

Drafts, revises, and finalizes protocol summaries and research study consent forms and submits them to BCM's Institutional Review Board.

Maintains and updates neuropsychological measures, regulatory documents, procedures manuals, subjects' case report forms, and source documents.

May recruit subjects or assists in research study efforts.

Vascular/Stroke, Neurophysiology, Neurocritical Care, or experienced Neurohospitalist

Supports virtual medicine to include tele neurology and tele stroke services.

In person inpatient coverage option in rotation with virtual services

Participation in clinical research / teaching opportunities and academic appointments available

Establish protocols for standardized care across the continuum.

24/7 interventional stroke coverage, MRI and emergency EEG coverage and in-house Critical Care and Internal Medicine Hospitalists

Preferred: 1 year of administrative experience preferred

Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment and manage multiple tasks during designated work shifts.

Detail oriented, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
