Network Security Engineer II Job Skills:

• Knowledge of network security protocols, technologies, and best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network security issues
• Experience with network security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
• Knowledge of network routing protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF
• Ability to configure and manage network security devices such as firewalls, routers, and switches
• Knowledge of network security policies and procedures
• Ability to create and maintain network security documentation
• Knowledge of network security auditing and compliance standards
• Ability to develop and implement security strategies

What is Network Security Engineer II Job Qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in network security engineering
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCNA Security, or CCNP Security
• Experience with network security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
• Knowledge of network routing protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF
